Greyhound Australia is liasing with relevant authorities in the affected areas in order to monitor the severity of the natural disaster and the affect upon our Services. While all care is taken to ensure that services are not disrupted, Greyhound Australia accepts no responsibility for any delay, financial loss or disruption caused by a natural disaster. A Natural Disaster Declaration form must be filled out and acknowledged (signed) by all Travellers booked to travel on Services that could be affected by a natural disaster. The Natural Disaster Declaration form can be downloaded from this link and is to be handed to the Terminal or Driver upon boarding.
